Can you believe it??? our first hockey gold in 50 years!!! yay!!! and we got *2*!!! Women's *and* men's!!! i actually drew this yesterday after the game, but i didn't have time to post it last nigt. ^O^ so much celebrating!!! people were driving around waving giant flags, pedestrians screaming in the streets... an impromptu PARADE on Robson Street!! ^O^ and it was especially funny cuz all the newscasters made sure to report that there was NO RIOTING. ^O^ (vancouver had a rioting problem after... was it a stanley cup game? a few years ago... people were vandalizing store fronts and parked cars, some were flipped over...)
::radio guy:: and just to let y'all know... all cars are STEADY and REMAINING on all FOUR wheels. ^O^;;;
